Information and conditions for shopping at the Betesbyggarkiosken:

Orders:

When ordering, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please check that your order is correct and that the information you have provided is correct. If there are any errors, please contact us immediately at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se so that we can correct the errors.

Be sure to provide your email address and mobile number when ordering so we can easily contact you with questions regarding your order.

To order, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may order with the consent of a guardian.

 

If you discover that you have missed something or want to place an additional order, please contact us directly via kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se . For two or more orders, we cannot guarantee that freight will be removed if you do not contact us in good time as we generally have a high order intake.

Prices:
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT.

Payment:
With us you can pay directly with your card or via Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Within Sweden:

We have a unit shipping rate of 69:- and when purchasing heavier and bulky shipments, additional shipping costs will be added. You will see these in the checkout when you check out. If your order exceeds an order value of 700:-, we offer shipping within Sweden.

When you leave your mobile number with your order, you will be notified via SMS from DHL when you can pick up your package. It is therefore important that you provide the correct phone number. If you do not leave your mobile number, you will be notified via email.

Åland/Norway :

For orders from Åland/Norway, there is a fixed fee for customs and handling costs of 223: -. This is a fee that the shipping company charges for export customs clearance of the shipment.

We are affiliated with VOEC, which means that VAT is added to orders from Norway. You pay the VAT to us when you make your purchase and therefore do not pay any extra fee for this when you collect your package.

For certain heavy and bulky products, an additional fee will be added and you will see this at checkout before checking out your order.

 Rest of the EU:

A fixed shipping fee is added depending on which country you are shopping from.

You will see the cost of shipping at checkout when you pay.

We use shipping from FedEx, UPS and DHL depending on where you live.

Deliveries:
Our goods are shipped with DHL and you pick up your package at the nearest DHL service point. Please note that your package will only be at the Service point for 7 days and after that the shipment will be returned to us. Make sure to pick up your package within this time frame, otherwise additional fees will apply (see unclaimed packages). Delivery time is normally 1-4 working days depending on where in the country you live.

You can easily track your package via the My Packages app, which is available for download in the Android Market and App Store.

Orders placed during holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are normally shipped the same day. Deviations may occur during high order volumes.

If the delivery time exceeds 5 working days, please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se so we can check what may have happened.

The package is our responsibility until it is delivered.


Change of clothes:
When changing sizes, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping back to us. We will then be responsible for the shipping when sending out the new size.

Email us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se if you want to change the size.

Complaint:

In case of a complaint, please contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se as we will arrange the shipping in case of a complaint. In order to have your complaint approved, you must contact us before returning the product. It also applies that you have used the product according to our instructions and regulations.

If an item is damaged during shipping to you, you as a customer must complain to the shipping company that delivered the item and to us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se within 7 days.

Cancelled your purchase:
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you always have the right to return purchases within 14 days.
The time is counted from the day you receive the goods and assumes that the goods are in new condition and in unopened packaging.

When returning, you are required to contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se and we will send you a return label that can be used for return to us.
When returning, you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping costs. Before the item is returned to us, it is considered your responsibility. The responsibility becomes ours again when we receive the item.
Upon receipt of the return, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days. We will not refund before the item has been returned.

Returns sent to us by cash on delivery or to an agent are not accepted.

Unredeemed packages:

For unclaimed shipments we charge an administrative fee of 250: -. You cannot place new orders if this fee has not been paid.
NOTE! Since the end of April/May -24, a package has remained at Servicepoint for seven days from the time the notification is sent out. After that, the package is returned to the sender.
Reservation:

We reserve ourselves against final sales and printing errors in the kiosk. We reserve ourselves against price increases from suppliers. You are always welcome to contact us at kiosken@betesbyggarkiosken.se if you have any questions or concerns.

Personal information:
We handle your personal data in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) SFS 1998:204.
We do not disclose your information to anyone other than the parties we collaborate with regarding delivery and payment, and we do not collect any information other than that needed to process your order.

Force majeure

Betesbyggarkiosken disclaims any responsibility to deliver under unpredictable circumstances that significantly hinder our ability to deliver and fulfill our agreement.
Examples of these are: Natural disasters, changes in legislation, burglary and sabotage.
