It has a slightly thicker tail that creates a lot of vibrations and can be fished at all speeds. 

It is easy to assemble and provides a perfect fit for most lures. Fix the tail with a drop of super glue so it does not move while fishing. 

Don't forget to bring extra tails with you when you fish because pike love to peck at them.
