Wicked Glow Base is a transparent UV solution which can be layered or mixed with other colors to get a UV effect in the color.
Works best over bright fluorescent colors or white.
The effect is only visible to the eye in the light of a UV lamp. For a Glow in the dark effect, there is Wicked Transparent Glow in the dark.
