Svartzonker environmentally friendly plastisol Saltwater Grade

Is a harder version (about 20%) of our classic medium that has the same quality with higher tear strength and fantastic lamination. This new formula is easy to pour and work. It is perfect for larger jigs, swimbaits, curlytails and baits that will withstand tough attacks from the big predators in the deep sea.

Use: 

Start by shaking the plastisol thoroughly before use. A tip is to put everything in a larger nut or ball. Also keep in mind that small air bubbles are shaken into the plastisol, so let the can/bottle stand for a few minutes. So that the air bubbles can rise to the surface. If you feel that there are some air bubbles left after heating. Then run the plastisol for a few minutes on the lowest power in the microwave.

Use Pyrex jugs and a microwave for best results and always mix in color and glitter in the final process of making. 

(except fluorescent colors which get best results if mixed before heating)

Here's how to do it:

Heat the plastisol on high heat in the microwave in batches so that it does not burn. The optimal lamination temperature is about 160 degrees. Remember to use protective equipment such as heat-protective gloves, a suitable respirator and a well-ventilated room. Also make sure that there is no risk of contact with water when heating.
