Polyurethane for casting hard baits.

This polyurethane is particularly characterised by its quality and ease of use. It can be used perfectly for small to medium-sized screen castings, fixation moulds, foundry models, copies and prototypes and hard plastic lures.

* Mixing ratio: A:B = 1:1

* Processing time: 6-8 minutes

* Mold forming time at 20°C: 60-90 minutes

* Density: 1g/cm³

* Linear shrinkage at 5 mm thickness: 0.5%

* Max thickness per casting: 20 mm.

* Glass temperature: 60-70°C

* Hardness: Shore D 70-75

Polyurethane is sinking, but if you want to change the buoyancy of your bait, you can use hollow glass bubbles (microballoons) added to the resin.

Do not use more than 25% glass bubbles as this reduces the durability of the bait.

Example:

Polyurethane comp. A 80 grams + polyurethane comp. B 80 grams + 40 grams of glass bubbles.
