Silicone for molds for lead casting. Also very suitable for hard two-part molds as the silicone has a hardness of 60 Shore (A).

NOTE: Do not stress the curing process as it needs time for air bubbles to rise to the surface, otherwise there is a risk that the air bubbles will leave an impression because air expands at high temperatures.

* Mixing ratio (by weight): A:B = 100:2

* Pot life at 20°C: 40 minutes

* Shaping: 4-24 hours depending on room temperature and humidity

* Full strength after: 3 days

* Hardness: Shore A 60

* Viscosity at 20°C: 11,000 mPa

* Tear strength: 45 kg/cm2

* Color: Reddish brown

* Recommended working temperature: 20°C
