Screw eyes 38 mm closed in stainless steel, so-called Heavy Duty eyes and the most common for bait making as they are extremely durable and suitable for all types of predator baits between 10 - 50 cm. 

The outer diameter of the eyelet is 8.2 mm and the inner diameter is 4 mm. 

The thickness of the screw is 2.3 mm. When using softer wood such as  pine, aspen, abachi, balsa, etc., pre-drill with a 1.5 mm drill bit and glue the loops with epoxy or superglue.

If you use harder woods such as oak, beech, redwood or beech, pre-drill with 1.8-2 mm and glue the loops with epoxy or superglue. Fits cupwashers in sizes CW2 - 6.4 mm and CW4 - 8mm.
